A camping wilderness only a short trip from Atlanta... with 12 primitive campsites, several wilderness campsites along the hiking trails, 2 activity/campfire areas, large pavilions... and the incomparable beauty of seeing the sun rise and set over Lake Allatoona. Here you've found a quiet and peaceful place to conduct almost all of your weekend Scouting activities.

Prior to your stay, please consult the Atlanta Area Council Camping Policies, which are available here:

Note: Registration for either camping or aquatics programs should be received four weeks (preferably) but no less than two weeks in advance of the scheduled weekend to permit notification of our volunteer staff.

For camping the usual forms apply. Printable copies of these forms as well as camp maps and camping policies are available on the Atlanta Area Council website under the "Camping" link.

Upon check-in at the camp you should also submit a completed roster of all persons that will be present over the weekend. Click the link below and print the form. This form should be completed prior to arriving at camp
